Chloe Marks joins Lead Tech as a customer experience executive.
The CX team provide additional support for both our partners and our customers. By calling each customer after they’ve been sent through to our partners as leads, we’re able to make sure they get the service they were expecting. This helps us to better understand our customers and improve our service.
Chloe joins us from a waste management company, with five years’ experience in customer retention, upselling and bid writing for large potential clients.
