What development opportunities does Lead Tech offer?

Although we’re a small business, we still invest time and resources into creating a detailed 12 month development plan once you pass your probation. It’s tailored towards helping you gain the skills and knowledge that you would like to achieve, as well as a helping hand towards reaching your development goals.

What’s the working pattern?

We recognise that hybrid working is a new way of life for us. Our hybrid working pattern involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Colleagues can enjoy our unique office space Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and work from home Mondays and Fridays.
