Introducing Andy Longhurst, head of strategy

The leadership team welcomes Andy Longhurst as their new head of strategy.

The leadership team is the driving force behind Lead Tech, steering the company to meet its short and long-term goals. Andy will work closely with our partner services and customer experience teams to implement strategies that strengthen relationships with our financial advice partners and improve the quality of our services.

Andy brings a wealth of experience across sales, digital and publishing, having spent over 23 years working for two of the UK’s largest PLC media providers. Starting as a senior sales executive at Northants Newspapers, his ambition led him to move to group advertising manager at Yorkshire Regional Newspapers Ltd and regional sales director at Johnston Press. Most recently he’s been digital director at Trinity Mirror, helping them to drive their strategic plans forward.

Andy has jumped straight into his first week at Lead Tech, spending time with the teams across the business and volunteering for our charity Tough Mudder.

When he wants to unwind, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four boys, their three dogs, cat, horse and 12 chickens. “We’re extremely fortunate to live in the heart of the Yorkshire Moors, so at every opportunity, we enjoy benefiting from the great surroundings we live in”.
