Overview of your role:

As a Sales Adviser, your responsibilities include making outbound calls to assist customers seeking financial advice through social media and Lead Tech websites. Your goal is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments with our financial advisers. Object handling and resolving queries are key aspects, and you'll work with warm leads to ensure a positive customer experience.

What we offer:

  • £23,000 basic salary - OTE £33,000 
  • Following successful completion of the probationary period, the basic salary will be increased to £23,500.
  • Uncapped Monthly Bonus: We reward heavily for a strong performance.

  • This role is working full-time hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday – Friday – 1 working 1 late shift a week and working 1 Saturday every 6 weeks.
  • Hybrid working model.
