Senior Content Manager

Salary: Competitive + annual bonus

Role: We’re looking for a creative person that has proven experience managing content within a variety of online platforms.  Reporting to the head of digital, the focus of this role is to develop, implement, manage, deliver and report on the digital content and social media strategy for the company’s portfolio of web-based brands. You will be able to write clear and persuasive copy and be able to form a content marketing strategy that fits the wider digital strategy. We need a people person who will take charge of a small in-house team and an external agency who will assist you in turning your ideas into content masterpieces.

Senior Paid Media Executive

Salary: Competitive + quarterly commission + annual bonus

Role: We’re looking for someone with the ability to drive performance within the paid media team. You’ll focus on the creation and management of paid media campaigns across various brands that fall underneath the Lead Tech umbrella. You’ll be involved in the creative side of paid advertising and build close relationships with our wider digital and sales teams in order to maximise performance across the business.

Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to £30k + uncapped quarterly commission + annual bonus

Role: We’re looking for someone who has experience handling medium to high-value sales. You’ll be targeting regional financial advice partners to grow our partner network. Ideally, you’ll have some exposure to financial services or media sales, but B2B outbound prospecting experience and delivering sales pitches is vital.

Project Planner and Facilitator

Salary: £23k to £25k + annual bonus

Role: This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining a full business roadmap and creating a clear and simple process for new projects. Naturally, you will have exposure to project planning, be familiar with coordinating projects across multiple teams and departments, and managing multiple stakeholders. You will drive and facilitate key project meetings to ensure the required outcome is achieved.

CRO Specialist

Salary: Competitive + quarterly commission + annual bonus

Role: We’re looking for somebody with digital marketing experience and exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to execute the CRO strategy, optimising visitor conversions across Lead Tech’s B2C and B2B brands. You will develop tactics and plans to execute ongoing A/B and multivariate tests for brands, products and channels, in-line with commercial requirements. You’ll also take ownership of website testing tools to assess UX, usability and accessibility of all landing pages and websites.

Business Development Executive

Salary: £20k + uncapped quarterly commission + annual bonus

Role: Your main duties will be to research and develop relationships with potential customers to help us build our partner network. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working within a business development role, and experience in B2B sales is ideal. Exceptional communication skills are vital.

Junior Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £21k to £23k + annual bonus

Role: This role will utilise Salesforce to identify improvements to current business processes. You’ll naturally have experience providing technical support and guidance to various users, with experience managing hardware. You’ll have a keen eye for user experience (UX) and be able to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.  Further duties will include maintenance of the business hardware, improving system UX and resolving general technical issues that may crop up.

Junior Developer

Salary: £23k to £27k + annual bonus

Role: We’re looking for a creative, solution-focused person who will be providing business support within our operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role and some exposure to Salesforce is desired. You’ll be working with the senior systems change manager to deliver new and exciting features and to push the boundaries of Salesforce capabilities. 

Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £20k + monthly commission + annual bonus

Role: Your job will be to engage with our customers to make sure they got the help they needed and were happy with our service. We’re looking for someone with impeccable communication skills who has experience providing exceptional outbound customer service. Working hours are 8am-8pm and we will consider part-time applications.
