Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £20k + monthly commission + annual bonus

Role: Your job will be to engage with our customers to make sure they got the help they needed and were happy with our service. We’re looking for someone with impeccable communication skills who has experience providing exceptional outbound customer service. Working hours are 8am-8pm and we will consider part-time applications.

Head of Performance Marketing

Salary: Dependent on experience + quarterly and annual bonus

Role: The perfect applicant will have a successful career history in leading and developing digital teams. Your role will be to implement, drive and deliver the digital strategy in line with the business strategy within forecasted timeframes. You will lead the digital teams, set direction for the department and maintain a high achieving culture that achieves business results. Working as part of the Leadership team, you will work with the other heads of departments to deliver on Lead Tech’s continued growth.

Partner Success Manager

Salary: Competitive + quarterly commisson + annual bonus

Role: We are looking for a people person with experience in an account management or customer success role to join our partner success team. You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of partners, delivering our structured Partner Success Programme for all new and existing accounts, and build relationships with our partners and ensure they are achieving their optimum return on investment.
