Lead Tech welcomes two new recruits to the customer experience team.
At Lead Tech, we’re proud of the above-and-beyond service we offer to every customer that comes via our brands looking for financial advice or related products.
And we’re also proud to announce two new recruits to our customer experience team, to further improve the service we offer.
Please welcome Nikita Thompson and Louise Godden to the team.
Nikita started her career in childcare back when she was at school, working in a nursery before going on to do NVQ levels 2 and 3 in childcare. She’s worked as both a nursery nurse, and a full-time nanny, before making a career change back in 2015. Nikita worked for marketing agency Golley Slater, with clients including Sage Account Software and Briggs Equipment.
Her experience working with children and in pubs means she’s a real people person – exactly what we’re looking for in our customer experience team:
“I’m looking forward to bringing to Lead Tech my full enthusiasm. I can’t wait to extend my experience in the different areas that the company allows.”
Outside of work, Nikita loves spending time with friends and family, especially her 5-year-old son, who definitely keeps her on her toes! They love going on walks together with their Labrador.
Louise also brings with her some varied experience. Louise started her working life as a chef before she, in her own words “somehow ended up working in a waste management company”.
Working her way up, she was promoted to field sales executive doing commercial sales across Kent. Moving back home to Yorkshire, she joins Lead Tech’s customer experience team looking to grow her career and develop her skills in sales and management.
Louise is a real go-getter, describing herself as “bolshy”, so we can’t wait to see what she brings to the team.
She’s also a dog lover, with her life revolving around her 11-month old cockapoo Ziggy. Born and bred in Ilkley she loves walking the dales, a good dinner and cocktails.
