Introducing Leanne Cruickshank, customer experience team manager

The customer experience team welcomes Leanne Cruickshank.

Leanne will play an important role in the continued success of our customer experience team, using her leadership skills to help us deliver a quality service to each customer.

Leanne’s strong leadership skills have helped her forge a successful career after university. After a start in property at Home Rentals, it wasn’t long until she was promoted to office manager and property manager a year later. Leanne then made a switch to financial services, managing teams for Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group.

These roles have honed Leanne’s time management skills, reinforced her ability to stay cool under pressure and increased her drive to motivate her staff to meet their targets. While she’s only just started at Lead Tech, she’s keen to get stuck in:

“I’m looking forward to becoming part of the team and excited for a new challenge. I aim to make positive changes for the people and the business”.

On the weekends, Leanne enjoys watching sport and often cheers her brother on as he plays in rugby league matches. She’s also a keen globetrotter and took a year out to work and travel in Australia in 2014. When she’s at home, she’ll be brushing up on her DIY skills to renovate her first home, which she just moved into.
