Introducing Amna Rehman, Quality Coach

Lead Tech is pleased to welcome Amna Rehman to the team.

Amna joins us as a quality coach and will be supporting the improvement of our business development managers, partner success managers, and customer experience team.

This will mean an improved service for our financial advice partners, through better quality leads, higher conversion numbers, and a greater return on investment.

Amna’s background is in training and development, with four years in a training role at Swinton Insurance and six months as a quality analyst.

She joins Lead Tech from Asda where she worked as a community compliance coach. Here she achieved a ‘green’ score for compliance within the corporate social responsibility function, developed Asda’s new starter induction material, and provided support to 350 community champions across the UK and Northern Ireland.

“My background is in training and compliance, and my knowledge and expertise will add great value to all the teams here at Lead Tech. I’m going to be working closely with everyone to help each team achieve the company’s objectives.”

Outside of work Amna enjoys spending time with friends, and also loves travelling. Her favourite places to visit have been the Maldives, Egypt and Thailand, where she’s excited to visit again for the Thai new year and their water festival in April.
