Introducing our new customer experience team members

We've expanded our customer experience team this month.

This month we’ve expanded our customer experience team. Lead Tech are happy to welcome Jessica Spaven and Nicole Parr to the company.

Each financial advice lead that gets passed to a partner receives a follow up call from our customer experience team. Jessica and Nicole’s responsibilities will be key to making sure each of our customers have a great experience.

Jessica Spaven

Jessica joins us from Medacs Healthcare, where she had worked since 2011. She’s looking forward to broadening her knowledge, as well as the new challenge joining Lead Tech brings.

Outside of work, Jessica loves attending gigs and festivals – mostly of the rock and metal variety. She also enjoys travelling as much as she possibly can – time and money permitting.

Nicole Parr

Nicole previously worked in health insurance and has held quite a number of roles in the sector over the years, starting in customer service and moving to appointment making for sales executives.

This wealth of experience means she’s got the skills to provide our customers with the service they expect and deserve.

When she’s not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
