Lead Tech’s customer experience team welcomes Kasim Khan

Customer satisfaction is central to Lead Tech’s ongoing success and our customer experience team. They ensure every customer is pleased with the advice they’ve received from our financial advice partners.

Kasim will make a great addition to the team. With eight years’ sales and customer service experience under his belt, he’s proven his talent for understanding his customers’ needs. His adaptability and determination have helped him excel in a variety of roles, and will help him get up to speed at Lead Tech.

Kasim is already off to a great start. In his first week, he’s received glowing feedback on his service from our customers.

When he’s not in the office, Kasim enjoys spending time with his friends and family. But it’s not all relaxation. He also manages his own car trading business, which he built from the ground up.
