The customer experience team welcomes David Ritchie as its newest customer experience executive.
The customer experience team makes sure our customers are satisfied with the service from our financial advice partners and they got the help they needed.
David is no stranger to customer service and has proven his ability to connect with people. His determination and adaptability have helped him succeed in a number of varied roles, including working in telesales and as a masseur. David’s previous experience will make him a valuable addition to the team, helping us strengthen the relationships between Lead Tech and our customers.
In his most challenging role, David found himself managing accounts in a high-pressure sales office. It was there that his resilience and positive outlook helped him thrive.
“I’ve learned to keep a positive mindset and keep myself motivated whilst hopefully making people feel the same. I believe if you’re positive and enthusiastic about your job people are more likely to build rapport with you.”
While he’s still in his first week, David is enthusiastic about working with the rest of the customer experience team, “I’m looking forward to being part of an amazing team who have so much energy.”
