We’re always on the lookout for talented people that have the expertise and ideas to drive Lead Tech forward. And as a leading tech business, we know that by looking to graduates, we can nurture tomorrow’s business leaders and tap into their potential.

Finding tomorrow’s stars

People are the heart of Lead Tech, and to attract the right talent, we decided to find it where it was forged. By reaching out to graduates, our aim is to give them a chance to gain real world experience, with support and training to help them succeed.

We launched our first graduate scheme in 2017, welcoming our first graduate PPC executive. The scheme was a huge success, helping them integrate into a fast-paced technology business and build on the knowledge gained through their studies. Since then, we continue to expand with graduate positions across all our teams.

People and Talent Partner, Stephen Marston explains why the graduate scheme is vital to our success, “We aim to recruit people to fill skill shortages within the teams, but we also want to recruit the right type of people to add fresh ideas and perspectives to the business. It’s a great opportunity for any graduate — Lead Tech is a great place to work and you’ll receive support, resources and training to help you meet your career goals”.

A golden opportunity

Our graduate scheme offers new and upcoming graduates a chance to make their mark in a competitive job market. As each department grows, they’ll find many areas to jumpstart their careers such as web design, business development and operations. And unlike traditional internships, they’re guaranteed a permanent contract with a competitive salary.

Whether they’re building relationships with our partners or developing a website, each graduate will gain valuable experience of working within a large company, with many exciting collaborative projects to help them find their niche. Stephen explained, “Because we’re a small company with diverse teams, you get more exposure to different teams and areas of the business”.

A supportive environment

Our graduates can expect that we’ll put in the time and effort they need to help them grow. From on-the-job training to guidance from a mentor, we make sure they have all the tools they need to develop personally and professionally. Most of all, we give them the freedom to share new solutions and test out the latest technologies.
