Encore Tickets is an online discount ticket booking system for London Theatres. They were in need of a website that worked closer with the business, to support customer requirements and encourages online sales.

They are now the proud owners of a 1000 transactions per day website that allows real-time, secure online bookings, directly from their West End reservation system.

As well as the integrated ticketing technology, Lead Technologies have also reduced page load times dramatically by creating a caching module and added a search facility to provide an improved user experience.
